I’m looking for an online library that lets you borrow ebooks (from any state/city in the U.S.) for free.

      Libraries are funded with tax dollars. So you have to go to the one where you pay taxes to borrow books.

      Think about it. Authors write books to make a living. Who would pay for all the books if not for tax dollars.
