You can’t use water as fuel.
Water is the waste product of burning Hydrogen and Oxygen (H20); like how ash is the waste product of burning wood.
Trying to use water as a fuel is like trying to convert ash back into wood.
Theres no point, you’ll use more energy to turn water back to Hydrogen and Oxygen than you will gain.
Those scam sites will usually say that it works and theirs a conspiracy to hide this “technology”.

One important use of electrolysis of water is to produce hydrogen.

Electrolysis of water can be observed by passing direct current from a battery or other DC power supply through a cup of water (in practice a salt water solution increases the reaction intensity making it easier to observe). Using platinum electrodes, hydrogen gas will be seen to bubble up at the cathode, and oxygen will bubble at the anode.
The energy efficiency of water electrolysis varies widely. The efficiency is a measure of what fraction of electrical energy used is actually contained within the hydrogen. Some of the electrical energy is converted to heat, a useless by-product. Some reports quote efficiencies between 50% and 70%[1]

The basis of Water4Gas is not that you are running your car ONLY ON WATER but that you are creating a hybrid of hydrogen and gas. The hydrogen, once created in an on demand situation (only produced when needed), is introduced and mixed with the gas by way of your air intake. Since the mixture Gas/Hydrogen/Oxygen is now much more energy efficient, your car needs less injected into the engine to create the necessary energy output to run the car. Therefor the car by means of the on board computer will LEAN OUT (make less) the amount of gas needed to run the car creating an increase in miles per gallon.
The science is very true, but please avoid the water4gas company.. they are scam artists. Don’t let this turn you off to the process at hand though!
I’ve over tripled my gas mileage using Hydrogen on Demand technology and it’s very easy to do.
