I have 99% gotten over the OMD debacle but I must admit, like Pete:
You could’ve done these BND storylines without that whole mess. But yeah it’s time to get over it, same with the 3.99 pricetag people! The prices increased, I get it! Stop making every topic merge into that!!!

That being said…I have to say I completely agree with Pete on the Spider-Man thing. I can’t get into the new comics, despite how good they are, ’cause I keep thinkin spidey’s gonna pull a Dallas and wake up to find Mary Jane in the shower or something. Anyway, keep up the good work.
Pete’s one beer away from asking for your change outside the convenience store, then asking why they killed Mary Jane. I think he’s taking Justin’s death a LITTLE harder than they’d like us to believe
nice to hear DMZ is still pretty good. I still have to pick up vol. 06. btw, just picked up the Secret Invasion tpb. Overrated trash that should pay you for reading it-not $30!!
I feel for Pete and his loathing of B.N.D. I gave A.Spider-man nine issues after B.N.D. and wound up canceling it. I just can’t enjoy a book named Spider-man if it doesn’t star Spider-man. The guy they have running around now is not the Peter Parker we’ve loved and cared about, he’s a bad story plot masquerading as a comic book. I feel dirty every time I see this bastardized version of Spider-man sitting on the shelf in my comic shop.
I feel for Pete,Spiderman is my favorite superhero and eh, I can’t bring myself to read AMS after the raping of the book that was “One More Day” I feel for ya Pete ah really do
Spider-man is readable these days when its telling good short stories, not when it is trying to build intrigue around the fiasco that was OMD.

Alex, can’t believe you didn’t like Rebels, I bought it just for the art, and was really surprised by how fun it is. I have no clue what L.e.g.i.o.n. is, or how its different from LSH, but it didn’t bother me at all.

I normally like Warren Ellis too, but WTF is up with Astonishing. So this sounds like Gravel is an Ellis book I’ll have to get.
