I was behind in my GL comics and last night I read them all. Holy crap! Within that time Green Lantern became one of my favorite comics. I never tried GLC cause….well….I dont wanna

Agreed, Petes comments get more and more retarded every time. GL and GLC are well written compressed comics and only a moron wouldn’t be able to keep up.
Tomasi is doing great stuff on GLC, The Outsiders and The Mighty.

Not for anything but PETEs simple minded appeal for mindless “look at the purty pictures only” take on comics has been getting old for a while now.
ALL main stream comics are wriiten for the trade. You cant jump in the middle of any story unless its the one note Archie formated Punisher.
Even wolverine and especially XMEN is impossible to jump on for new readers.
GROW UP PETE ! you are like a grown up IMAGE COMIC kid who still buys mulitple copies on an issue.

DMZ has been my favorite comic for a while now.
This was the BEST show you guys have ever done. Seriously… this will be the episode I show people as an example of the awesomeness that is CBC! Top notch!

Not too obvious to me, but then I’m a dope. (When I heard he had a daughter, I assumed it was a kid, so that possibility never crossed my mind.)
For a moment I thought we were witnessing the brake up of the Comic Book Club but then they get back together at the end!

Yeah, think something bad’ll happen to Soranik because she’s involved with Kyle? If they bring Alex DeWitt in as a Black Lantern like I’m betting on, it’ll make for an interesting scene, for sure.
(I’m also hoping that a BL Alex or Katma Tui says to Kyle or John “You found me beautiful once.” With the reply being, of course, (most likely from Guy) “Honey…you got REAL ugly.”)

I agree for the most part. GLC is a more consistently awesome book than GL Proper.
