      awesome man i am on about day 14 wish i had taken before and after pics but i am noticing a big difference using only 5 lb weights. i am going to switch to 10 and then do the 30 days.

      I did this for 13 days! and BOOM my arms gain a halfinch AND there’ye lookin more difined.

      This works too, you can feel the burn.
