Author: I was reading that a review of Armando Montelongo’s eBook “Flip and Grow Rich” was pending review at www.riskyschemes.com but there are no updates. Has anyone bought this material? Can you tell me if it is worth the price that Montelongo is asking?

No I haven’t but I’ve heard his ads on Sirius radio and I was wondering the same thing. I’ve seen him on A&E and he’s brutal. I hate the way he treats the guys that work on his houses. He’s very successful though so he must be doing something right!

I have the ebook/ebooks (there are 5) anyway it does include some good tips but I really don’t think it was worth $97.
It actually seemed like I paid $97 to get a presell of his $997 masters course.
He tells you about things you can do but doesn’t say HOW to do it.
Like once you’ve found a deal he says sign a contract on the first visit…..but doesn’t tell you how to draw up the contract.
The average person doesn’t know how to go about doing these things.
